Exhibitor Schedule

We open the show with a lively opening reception from 5:00pm – 7:30pm on Tuesday night before the main show day. On Wednesday, the show opens at 8:30am and closes at 3:30pm.

 

8:00am – 6:00pm Island/bulk booths Exhibitor Move-In (Optional)
12:00pm – 6:00pm Inline booths Exhibitor Move-In (Optional)

8:00pm – 6:00pm Registration Open (Early Badge Pick Up)

6:00pm – 9:00pm Welcome Reception (Optional, RSVP required)
 

7:00am – 5:00pm Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)

8:00am – 12:00pm Exhibit hall Move-In — Aisles must be clear by 12:00pm, but you can finalize your booth setup within your allotted space until 5:00pm

12:00pm – 5:00pm Exhibit Hall final set-up

5:00pm – 7:30pm Expo Hall Opening Reception — Booth staff must be present. Exhibitor badge must be picked up from registration by 5pm for admission. Failure to pickup your badge by 5pm may result in denial of entrance to the reception.
 

7:00am – 12:00pm Registration Open (Badge Pick Up)

8:00am – 3:30pm Exhibitor Coffee & Snack Service

8:30am – 3:30pm Exhibit Show (Boxed Lunch Provided) — Booth staff must be present

3:30pm – 7:30pm Move-Out
